    New Lain Li modded up

I just purchased the Lain Li V1000b black case with the premodded window heh.i added a new 470watt OCZ Powerstream powersupply in the case.I had to do some modification to fit it in but it worked.I tried my best to hide them wires but ill be getting some wire sleeving in the future and more uv reactive stuff. I like the more simplistic look so i think this case looks very clean. These are the first mods ive done to the case so tell me what you guys think.

these are high resolution pics(sorry 56kers)

The wiring isn't terrible. What I might suggest for a future mod is painting the drive cages, they look out of place next to everything else with their plain silverness.

BTX style is a waste as it does nothing, but I do like the setup.

Is that BTX? I just thought Lian-Li was being clever and flipped ATX on it's head. Or maybe I'm just an idiot and that is what BTX is all about.

i just wanted something new and different and plus its a lain li so im happy with the quality of the case.I dont really care if btx is going to be good or not i just like the way the layout looks.I also got my powerstream to fit so thats a plus since everyone was saying how it wouldnt fit in that case.

    That's what I thought!

    It's just ATX flipped upside-down.

I like the idea of having PS on the bottom, its just weird having the right side of the case open instead of left. I would have to rethink my whole desktop but of course that case would stay on the floor. Nice Case read its review awhile back. Damn that Zalman is huge..
