Any notebooks with the x600 cheaper than this?

The gateway 460X featuring the following:

512MB of ram
Price before tax (and no rebates) $1349


Anyone know of another laptop that i could get for a similar price?
My main concerns are the the laptop include the following:
DVD±R/±RW/CD-RW
512MB of ram
5200RPM HD (the hd can be as small as 40gb)
and X600 128MB

Any help guys?

I have ordered the HP ZV6000 (and will arrive in 2wks), which includes:

X300 128MB
80gb 5200RPM
WinXP Pro
DVD±R/±RW/CD-RW
512MB
bluetooth (builtin)
Total: 1097

Any thoughts as to which laptop to choose? Or other laptop I should consider? Any advice or help is appreciated.
Am I a heavy gamer... Nope, but that's because i'm attending a top tier UNIV that's no joke (plus I party a lot)
