    Looking for an ULTRA low budget PC (pre-built)

    I have a friend who is looking to get a new pc.. she has a very low budget and lives far away(east coast and im on west). We cant build one, so she needs to find one to buy.. She is looking for something for school and web, and like 400 dollars... Anybody have any ideas? Thanks
