I found Alma to be pretty freaking creepy when she was in her spider poses and when she appeared right in forn tof you the moment you got on a ladder....

I think in the later stages of the game when she's not wearing that red dress, she's actually a bit older. She definately looks a lot taller.

shes like 8 or so in her ghost form...her real form is like 15-16.

I read somewhere (developer journal?) that the 8-year old ghost ama represents her lost childhood and innocence. Plus, its creeper to have yor flesh melted off by a young child then a teenager. You kind of expect it from the teenager.
