Coming out in 3 weeks in Japan, you shouldve seen me freaking out when it was first announced... and then when each video was released on the website...

I'm definitely going to try to play some of the Japanese version for a while
A US version hasnt been announced yet, but seeing as Nippon Ichi has opened up a US publishing branch to release Phantom Brave and Makai Kingdom, as well as some other games from other devs that would have otherwise never seen the light of day over here (Atelier Iris, Generations of Chaos), a US release of Disgaea 2 is inevitable. We'll probably get it by September.

There's a difference between the male and female characters in the game, they get different stats and abilities.

Its a strategy RPG, so yes, somewhat like FFT, but not shitty like FFT; the watered-down, poorly translated, yet mysteriously popular srpg.
