    Boot Device Priority Software

I've got 2 hard drives installed on my computer, one with windows XP and one with Vista. Every time I want to boot to the other I have to enter the bios and choose the hard disk priority. I was wondering if there was a program that would allow me choose which one to boot to on start up?

There are a number of "boot loader" programs available that do just that. The more common option, though, is to use the boot loader built into Windows. If you were to install XP, then install Vista in a separate location without changing anything about your BIOS boot order, the OS installation would've configured a boot menu so that you could simply choose one operating system or the other as the system booted up.

i was expecting to get that boot up option, but for some reason it doesn't happen. When I was running a SATA hard drive and a IDE hard drive that option would come up, but not since I went to 2 SATA drives.

Run VistaBootPro inside Vista while the XP disk is connected to the computer. It will let you add XP to the boot loader.
