Don't worry, building is the easy part after deciding the parts. Let us know if you have any problems.

I am sure everything will go smoothly. My parts are due to arrive tuesday. So if you don't here anything from me by wednesday night, call the authorities, because something has gone horribly wrong.

So I got all the parts via UPS today. Me and a friend put everything together fairly easily. Turned it on, got a good start-up, and set the time and date and basic stuff in the bios. Everything was recognized... the dvd drives, hdd, card reader. But when we went to install Vista, we got an blue screen and error code in step 2 of the install. Then after we restarted and tryed to install again, the blue screen popped up again right at the end off the vista initial load screen.

    The is the error we got 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x8887ABC9, 0x8658FBD4, 0x8658F8D0).

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear that!

It's late now and I will be going to sleep soon. But I will look into it tomorrow.

Don't worry we will get you running. I may not be able to figure it out, but there are quite a few people on here that know a lot more than I and one of them can help for sure.

After a little testing, I figured out that I had the 2 memory sticks in the wrong slots. Moved them over, and everything worked like a champ.
Went ahead and installed vista, and oaded all the drivers, and it seems to be worked great. thanks for all the help!
