    IE 7/Vista problem, can't maximize my window.

    can somebody tell me why Vista sometimes leaves a toolbar sized gap above my taskbar but below the IE and Explorer windows? i don't have any other quick launch bars or anything, i have my taskbar locked. the windows are maximized and when i hover my arrow down there i can't manually stretch it down the rest of the way.

    Try clicking View->Status Bar

    nope. actually the status bar IS enabled. it's weird because a reboot will fix it.
