    PSU and Mobo Compatibility Question

I have this PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817174026 and I'm wondering if it would work with this Motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131013 I have both parts that are spare, and i want to make something out of it. Thanks in advance!.

Not familar with that PSU so really can't say. I know one thing for sure, it'll never handle two vidcards in SLI.

Yeah the two are compatible. Both have 24-pin ATX power couplers.

Technically, yes, they will work. More technically, that PSU is a piece of crap, no offense. I wouldn't let that thing anywhere near my hard-earned hardware. It's likely to release the smoke once it gets up to about 75% of it's rated maximum wattage.

Do yourself and your hardware a favor, get a decent PSU. Bad PSUs are the definition of false economy when it comes to building PCs. They're the most likely component to fail and easily the most likely to damage other system components when they do go.

Once more they will replenish themselves... cheat death again! The power of their source? The Crystal.
    Are you smoking meth?
