This game is amazing, maps are the right size, sound is actually really good.

I love the destructable environment, Back to playing what a fun game.

Dice did a fine job for sure.

Yeah, PC version is the way to go. DICE already made the announcement of a map pack coming out and purposely making it free to PC users, unlike a certain other company..eh hem MW2.

Anyway, I am still waiting for my support ticket from Steam about the unlockables since I didn't get the redeem code with my purchase yesterday, even though the site says until 3/16 when you buy the limited edition you get the unlocks. I'm willing to bet by the time I do get them, or qualify for them, I'll already have them unlocked LOL.

I will make one recommendation..I highly HIGHLY recommend you register at battlefield veterans to get the M1 Garand. That gun owns. Well, except for that one time last night I mowed down a whole squad with the SAW. Sorry PointlesS for you having to hear my maniacal laughter and amazement that the whole squad watched and shot at my 4 wheeler as it went flying by and I shot them all in the back. Man, I can't wait to get home and get into some more action. The maps are really fun. That train yard/boat yard was freaking great. Was that Panama Canal?

I just bought this for 360, though I may be picking up a copy for PC in the near future as I'm currently upgrading my computer.

What FOV are you using?, I set mine to 90 not sure how I like it.

75 on a 16:9 monitor, looks perfect. 90 is way too much for this one

I experimented with 90, 85,75, 70, and 60. 70 and 75 looked best IMO. Oh yeah, finally got my promo code from valve after giving a support ticket.

The game uses vertical fov instead of horizontal, so a setting of 90 is like 115 in other games. For the standard 90, you would use 65 (Assuming 16:10 monitor). Here's a calculator: http://rjdown.co.uk/projects/bfbc2/fovcalculator.php

I'm using 70 myself.

P.S. This game is freaking awesome. The AKS-74U engineer unlock is amazing.

I believe it's under Documents/BFBC2/settings.ini. It should be on the last line.

Foudn it, moved from 55 to 70 didn't notice much difference

I go back and forth on this game.

Waiting for the server browser quickly kills my desire especially since filters are off regardless of if you set them previously.

The random drops from games which means you also don't get as much if any bonus points.

In Beta I was already level 6 or so. I am still level 2 since I can't stay in a game.
