    Did they ever include the update that allows you to spawn at the last bed you used?

    That's sort of creepy and disorienting (UI and Tools), but awesome (landscape)!

    I've been really loving the texture pack I've been using thus far (Frenden pack IT'S AWESOME), but that cel shading may have me playing the game again when nothing else has.

    I will admit, the Cell Shading pack might become my new texture pack. That's pretty damn sweet.

    Can you include a shot of the UI part of the screen?

    What is the cel shaded pack you're using called? I'm having a bit of trouble finding it, and don't like the look of the ones I DO find.

    Are you using any other graphics mods? I actually found the pack yesterday but when I installed it it didn't look exactly like your screens (in particular it didn't have the black borders you have that are kind of the hallmark of cel shading).

    Can't follow the link right now, but if you're talking about the GLSL mod, yes, I did. All that did for me was some really terrible "focus" effects that didn't work if I was moving at all.

    Maybe I'll try on my other comp when I get home.

    Minecraft Beta 1.4

    * Added tameable wolves
    * Added cookies
    * Sleeping in a bed now resets your spawn position
    * New Minecraft logo
    * Holding shift while climbing will hang on to the ladder
    * Spiders will no longer trample crops
    * Lots and lots of infrastructure for Statistics lists and Achievements

    While most of the code is written, statistics and achievements won’t show up until the next update. We didn’t quite have time to finish them this week, and didn’t want to delay the update longer.

    I suppose this means another round of updating the servers.

    After the updates the SMP server is up and running without issue. The creative server will not start correctly. I'll look into it later, right now I'm at work.

    @James,

    FYI, I would suggest creating a new thread with all the connection info and google map info on the first post. Then ask the mods to sticky it.

    You can edit the post to indicate current sever revision and major down status. I dunno, I thought this would be a great way to communicate everything in a simple way.
