Help - a power surge blew the pants off the IC in U5 on the circuit broad for my Monsoon MH-500 (which I really like)

Can anyone tell me what IC is used here (no way to read the numbers).

It looks the same as the 8 pin IC that is in U6 (which is a 90H909).
