Turning the inflow of energy into sensory data creates, shamans affirm, a system of interpretation that turns the flowing energy of the universe into the world of everyday life that we know.

other than the preview on o/c workbench a few months ago(if I remember correctly) this board has all but dropped off the radar screen. oziumJinx, what makes you think it's going to be out in the next couple of weeks, just curious?

the actual benchmarks at ocworkbench were really weak, i'm pretty sure a couple of revisions have been made to the board (the review is dated back in feb. i believe) the a7m266 is a really good one... i'm thinking of just going with the amd 761 chipset, has anyone tried the epox EP-8K7A amd761/686b ddr mobo??? and can link me to some benches etc. thanks

Check back in these forums there have been a few discussions on this board. Also you can try and find CKY he has a EP-8K7A and from what I have read is pretty happy with it. Let me check for some reviews and benchmarks for you.
Edit: socket A has a preview that includes a few benchmarks http://www.socketa.com/reviews/epox/8k7a+/

I have seen this MoBo in many shapes where one was only 2DDRs to the more resent 2DDR and 3 SDRAM.
I think they will launch this MoBo when the Athlon 4 gets out like one post said that it has dropped out of the raidar.
This is what I think, I haven't read anywhere of any launch but it seams to be the most logical thing to do when they haven't released it yet.
Can also be that they are waiting to see what happens to the DDR market.
But one thing is for sure that if the Mobo doesn't performe better then it has then I'll go for the A7M266.
This isn't my main unit any more(It got changed early Jan 2002).
