Just got one, but I cannot get it to work.

The first time I plugged it in using all the defaults I turned it on I heard a "pFFF" and it automatically switched off. I turned it on again and it won't post at all. All external things have power such as drives, fans, CPU LED, and the CPU,(burned my finger to prove it) but the PC won't switch on. Have I done something wrong is is the board DOA...

BTW I tested RAM, Video card they work, I have two different processors (a Duron and a T-bird) and they don't work either.
