K7AMA Piece of Sh...T

I got the K7AMA and that board was the worst. I put 2000 pro on it and right away I started getting these errors. The motherboard came with software that made everything run shitty. I still have the 1.4 Ghz Athlon processor. Which motherboard should I get now? (ohhh still have 256mb ddr ram pc2100.)

I have two of these motherboards and can't even get the AGP video card I have to display to the monitor (only PCI works.) I also bought a FIC AD11 - not much more money for the FIC but I'm much happier with it.
