Post How to flash BIOS on Abit KT7-RAID

Hey, basically I'm having the problem of my computer wont stay on for more then 1 second, when I push the power button the lights blink and the fans whirl then everything turns of. I believe that flashing my bios back to the defaults may resolve my problem however I'm unsure of how to flash the BIOS when the computer is unable to boot-up. So if anyone can tell me how to flash the bios off the motherboard it would help me a lot, I'm sure their must be a jumper to trip or something. Please let me know, and any help and tips are much appriciated. Thanks, sicko

Errm, if you havent upgraded the bios... make SURE there is a fan in header 1... otherwise it wont turn on with the older versions
