    Post Sound editing software

I'm apart of a web site and I edit/make the sound(.wav's)and I would like to make a better edited sound(I'm using the SB x-gamer software recoder).so I need a program that lets me drag-and-drop sound parts, cut, copy, and paste sound.

    thanks

For wav editing go with Sonic Foundry or Cool Edit Pro. They work great for wav editing.
