mp3 downloading without auto start ?

How to download mov&mp3 files on the hard disk without autoopen by real palayer or media player
when I try to click on links like www.page.com/song.mov
real player start auto !

Rem : I cant remove real player becuse I am not power user "I am working on win200 pro"
please help me !

If I under stand you correctly, what you can do is just right click on the link
and chose save as... that way real player(or any player for that matter) does not automatically start. Instead you can just choose a spot on your drive, and save it there. Then use whatever player you want to play it back
