does anyone in here knows much about page programming???
if it won't take too much of your time, can you guys check out this site: http://www.geocities.com/just_stay_nsync i know this is a boyband fan site, and like you i had enough of it, but the second page is something i kinda fancied, and the site is my friend's site. since he won't give the details to me since i didn't give him some details he fancied from my site either, can you help me out and know how he did this??
btw, i was talking about the frame with the static background.

I can hardly read the text with all that blue stuff in front of it.. I'd reconsider that idea or make it MUCH lighter..

yup. i was talking about the small frame..? notice how the background is still, and the messages go up, but the background remains intact. anything helpful??

wait...that css html code...where exactly am i to put it? on the main page, or on the page that would be viewed in the frame itself? on what part of the html code am i to put the texts?? (my texts.)
