How do I change the color of the crosshair in Q3A?

I see you've posted this question a few times. I'll send some e-mails and see if I can come up with an answer soon.

That is a very good question. I have looked on all the bind and config sites I know of and have not found a command that can change the crosshair's color. There may not be a way to do it.

Please, does anyone know if there is a way to change the crosshair color?

I found it once on the net, but my 2 yr old recently deleted a whole bunch of files in windows and I ended up having to re-install Windows, Direct x, my vidcard drivers and Q3A.Upon which I of course lost all my settings. I can't believe I was so stupid as to not write it down.Thanks for the help. Let me know if you find it. My favorite weapon is the plasma gun and with a white crosshair it just blends and is tough to really see.

I have studied the entire list of console commands and variables. You can chage the opacity of the crosshair, the style, and it's position. However, there is no console command to change it's color as of the 1.17 patch to my knowledge.

Your last resort would be to e-mail id themselves to see if there is a way to do it.
If you get a response please let me know because I did not.

Thanks alot for the reply even though you haven't found it. I was beginning to think everyone had forgot about me!! I'm gonna try and e-mail id and see what they say.
