Well, that's nice, and I am truly excited, D2 junkie that I am. However, the latest patch has extended the 'classic' Diablo 2 version by at least a couple more months.
And I still have to get a King.
I'll get the Xpack when it's about $25.-

Really? You like the newest patch, huh? I was just making my re-entry into the Battle.net D2 fray, and that patch really caught me off guard... I do like how items are handled now (i.e. exceptionals on vendors, bosses drop better items more often, no unique gambles) and how it provides better balance, but the sorceress, my main character at level 61, seems rather feeble now. With 700 mana points and lots of points in Warmth, I feel that limiting the casting speed of particular spells has effectively screwed me over regardless of the fact that they do more damage. I had created my sorceress to be able to withstand constant casting of particular spells without having to stop due to mana loss. Now I can't do that. Even continually casting frozen orb around the delays won't take me below the 500 mana mark... granted, I just started playing it again last nite--
I'll be getting the expansion as soon as I see it available. I need a bigger, different change. You gonna convert your characters?
