    Angry AGP 4X problem GF3/8K7A

    Hi , i allwayus had AGP enabled in 4X (reconized by Sandra ,Proohet 3D Tweaker), side band adressing and super bypass enabled but today i just checked something and find that the 4X has gone by himself i am right now in AGP 2X .
    Drivers ussed 27.42 / DX 8.1 in 98SE
    If i try to enable the 4X the comp will freeze .
    Can be the drivers or *** is this ?
    My comp is rock stable and @ specs .

    mobo 8K7A Epox/1700 XP/ H Prophet III/256 Crucial 2100 /PP412X Antec Suply.

    Well i fixed the problem , when i removed the NVMAX (changed with Prophet Tweaker) the thing disabled Fastwrites when i and in this mobo the protocol AGP 4x work with fastwrites in bios . Installed again NVMAX and enabled fastwrites runed automaticaly 4x .
