    I have sold quite a few things on SF. Now if $30 speakers that could just be sitting in his house and him listening to them detours away anyone who wants to buy stuff, that is fine. I offered a fair refund and he did not accept.

    Please explain why big black should lose money because you failed to get the product to the him. If the speakers had been shipped the right way this situation wouldn't even have happened.

    Will the buyer in the next trade also have to eat half the cost after you mess up that trade?
    That is of course assuming you sheepishly offer that after ignoring communication like what happened here.
