    The current Willy Cely has 42 million transistors. The NW Cely is going to have 55 million transistors. If the NW Cely 2.0 has 256k cache and 100MHz FSB, which is going to perform better, the P4 Willy at 2GHz or the NW cely at 2GHz? If the NW Cely has 128k cache, then it will have more transistors than the Wily and yet perform worse.

    Transistor counts are pretty much irrelevant when regarding performance.
