My new $350 Gainward GeForce4 PowerPack! Ultra/750XP IS TOTALY F***ED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

in the startup screen and BIOS the letters are all scrambled all over the screen


My monitor is LCD TFT 18" Samsung 181t

I tried this card in TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPUTERS, i mean they have NOTHING in common.

THE VIDEO CARD DOES THE EXACT SAME THING

tried both DVI and VGA
