what's the best mobo for a P4 system? I plan on doing minimal overclocking (probably only 200-300 mhz MAX for CPU)...I want something that's really fast DDR or RD doesn't matter. I also want soemthing that has alot of on board features like sound and LAN. With price not mattering (under 170 though I guess), what's a good mobo? thanks!
