I’m looking at hooking in all my Console systems to my 21” Sony Trinitron monitor. Reason? Wife is making me move the 36” HDTV upstairs in our family room and my systems don’t get to follow! (Can you hear the whips) =P

Anyhow I would like to run everything from my monitor so I never have to leave my area! I forbid myself from entering her Martha Stewart inspired realm.

The systems I would like to hook up are,

XBOX
GAMECUBE

And not so exclusively but I still would like a way to send in the signals,

DreamCast
3DO
N64
SNES
NES
GENESIS
SATURN
ATARI 2600
Intellivision

I need inputs for Component(2), Composite(6), Svideo(2), and Coax(2). Also I need to find a way to hook in all the audio to the PC speakers (2.1 Klipsh)? The older systems running through COAX will be the hardest task!

I am building a display case around my PC to house my collection and I would like to setup some various switches (selectors) to switch between one signal to the next?

I have seen the Key Digital Systems Progressive Scan module but it won’t display NON-progressive scan games?

Has anyone attempted a setup of this scale? Or has anyone seen some hardware that will allow this to be attempted?

If I push the cost up in the 1500-2000 range I might as well buy another HDTV. But I might do whatever it takes to make this work just to have it all setup in one location.
