Basically I'm looking for anyone who has received warranty support from Toshiba on the issue of 'screen bruising' - where the keyboard/mouse pointer indents the LCD without rough handling. I'm not getting much help from Toshiba, despite them tentatively agreeing that it's a design flaw. Maybe I'm just wizzing into the wind, but I'd rather not have to fork out the big bucks myself.
