Kingston HyperX and 8RDA+ Issues Update Thread

I didn't wanna to keep updating three separate threads, so I made a new unified one and I'll post findings and pertinent information here from now on.

Before you go and start posting 'What issues it works fine', this specifically deals with the 512mb dimms. I know the majority, if not all of you haven't had any problems with the 256mb dimms and even some of you with the 512mb dimms have had better results. So again, this deals with the 512mb dimms.

UPDATE: There are some people with single dimms that are having the same ~180mhz cap issue as well.
