    if a cdrom says minimun cpu of 133mhz, can you use it at a slower speed on older cpu?

    a friend wants to give his old cdrom to his uncles, but on the box of the cdrom says minimum of a 133Mhz cpu. and the machine it will be used is a pentium 1 75Mhz with 32 ram
