Whenever i play back a DVD through MSI DVD or WINDVD or an mpeg movie through MEdia Player the image is zoomed in, but with the outside cut off, i cant seem to get it back, the zoom settings change the zoom, but still the outside of the picture is removed, i would say about 1/4 of the outside edge is not viewable if not more. but the thumbnails of the mpeg files in explorer show everything. What is going on? i didnt have these problems on the same rig before.
