I called tech support a week ago to tell them the sub on my z560's wasn't functioning (it wasn't blown... something was just... off... or maybe it was blown but the way people describe their subs that have blown weren't described how mine sounded). He gave me an RMA number, and I shipped in my control pod on 6/4 and it got there on 6/6! Yesterday I was wondering about my order, or if I even had one, so I called tech support again to check up on it. It was packaged and ready to go (this was 6/11). I got them today 6/12! I am setting them up now, but damn that was fast!
