Sending files and starting games in MSN Messenger 6.0

Ok this has always been a problem for me. I use a linksys router and I forward ports fine. But I still can't send people files and start games with msn messenger 6. Does anyone know the exact ports I need to forward to get this to work? I don't use any firewall, only my router. I have UPNP enabled also..

I tried the ports listed on their site, but maybe they are the wrong ones. Does anyone have a list of the ports I should open?

I almost certain it's something on my end, as I've tried to send files for along time to different people for a long time now.

I use WinXP SP-1.

Any time I try to start a game it says "MSN messenger has failed to start the game "Checkers" or whatever". Same goes for sending files. No matter who hosts the games it won't start. The only thing I can do is recieve files. I can't accept game invitations, which is even more weird.
