Hey guys

I have outlook running as my mail client.. I have disabled all sounds within windoze from the control panel. However, everytime i get a new email it beeps.

If i have my speakers turned on then it beeps through them (very loud if i am listening to music)
If speakers are off then it simply beeps through the PC speaker.

How can i stop this as every time it happens the shock is taking a good 20mins off my life...

Please help!
