I have the following case:

Except that my case has no side fan. Basically there are two fans mounted at the rear of case, and the PSU which is mounted in the top rear of the case.

When I received the system the lowest fan was an intake, while the middle and PSU fans were exhausts. It seems to me the two lower fans are just sucking in cold air and the exhausting it right back out. So, I switched one of the fans so they are both intakes, and the PSU is the only exhaust. I can feel slight positive pressure out the front of the case also.

Does this seem like a reasonable solution? My CPU temp is 43C and case temp is 38C.

My other option is to move one of the fans to the front of the case and make it an intake.
