Maybe its the new revisions that are reading the voltages correctly? I have no such problems like yours.
Anything under 3V on the 3.3V rail is just plain wrong.... You should be getting random reboots or something.
Ok, thanks. Will RMA the PSU and get a new one. Even if it doesn't fix the video issue, I would rather have it be right.
I think he means that if the rail really was that bad-you would be getting the reboots. So...if you don't experience any problems...you're fine-its just a misread of the rail.
