i tested out a dead 2100+ (to make sure it was dead) for my friend, and now my cpu won't get to 2.4ghz anymore. it can boot and everything, but it reboots as soon as i try to run sandra or 3dmark. i've run the burn in wizard a bunch of times and everythings fine at 2.2 and 2.3ghz, so what's the problem? could it be that the thermal grease needs time to settle in again or that i didn't put enough on?
