I really dont wanna RMA with ABIT because i hearit takes 3 weeks and you get crappy boards back. Do you think Excaliber will let me RMA with them i'm still under the 30 day warranty. But t he RMA request site says:

If the product is not serviced by the manufacturer direct, you can proceed an Online Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form to obtain warranty service for replacement only from us
