Buffered or non-Buffered (what's the difference??

Cas2 or Cas3 (difference??)

Would any of you recommend going Generic or House Brand? (keep in mind I'm on a VERY tight budget! )

Is there a difference between CL2 and CL3? or am I on crak or what?
