They have to be one of the most paranoid companies out there. I needed an immediate update to software that ONLY works if you own their hardware. Instead I ended up registering as a "registered guest" that still has no DL rights. Now I have to wait for the president of the company to verify that I'm associated with them And leave the clients house with the machine not working. What happens if I was not able to be associated with a reseller? I just forget about the expensive piece of hardware that no longer works or pay for tech support?
