Does anybody have any idea...
on how overclocking a CPU could corrupt my Windows system file? And how I can avoid corrupting it? I'm really lost here...my last two attempts have ended like this and I want to remedy it. Yes, yes, I lowered the multi, raised the FSB a bit etc., I didn't do anything that hasn't worked in previous overclocking attempts. Should I bring up my vCore? Also getting BIOS errors...(long beep codes) (I especially want to know because I think I have a pretty good chip...when I first built my comp I got a 200 mHz overclock easily and 400 mHz after that...but with no vCore increase so it crashed...)
