Ways to improve sound quality?

I have an A2 like I said in my topic and some probably not so great speakers. I only know they are loads better then what I had before. I was wondering what I can do to optimise my sound without spending money or losing my EAX in games. I use foobar with the settings in the configure post by Zemo. One question about that is if going to 32bit makes a difference from 24? I don't really seem to notice but which one is theoretically better? so if there are any good driver settings or ways to get the kx drivers and be able to use eax in games still that'd be what i'm lookin for. any hints are appreciated. adios
