Windows is not very good at upscaling/downscaling so you'll probably have to stick with the normal size to make sure it all works ok, however I think for your use you'd find the extra resolution useful, especially for any coding.

Really? I thought the 120dpi fonts on Windows looked ok... I guess I'm not as picky as some.
