I forgive everyone... accidents happen.
I punish only blatently intentional teamkills.
I punish for stupidity... and given the average player intelligence, my page down key is worn out.
I punish unless I get revived.
Simple, TK them back.
I punish everyone and threaten to eat their children.
For those with the game... if you punish for teamkills, how do you decide who you lower the boom on?
