I just installed my Sound Blaster Live! card but i get no sound. I tried doing what the manual said, but that did not work. My volume is not muted, it is all the way up, and i have tried my speakers in every single spot on the back of my card. What is up here, why do i get no sound?

P.S. Where can i get that cable to connect my soundcard to my dvd-rom? I ordered OEM and did not get one...
