I've posted this on the Tech Support forum, but nobody over there is as smart as you guys. What is the best setting for monitor refresh rate. Is the highest the best or just use a setting that's easy on your eyes? Mine is currently set at 75 Hz but is capable of supporting up to 100 Hz. Is there any damage to the monitor using a higher setting?
