So I just bought one,never owned a laptop before kinda new to this and was wondering if I could upgrade the proc and video card to something better. its got a sempron 1.8 ghz and a geforce go 6150 which is allright but I want something a little better. The proc is the one i really want to upgrade can I do and can I upgrade to a AMD Turion 64
