you just reminded me of my late teens to early early 20's years. I use to run a dialup BBS and did just that

etc . . .

17) Adult
18) shareware ...

and only senior (or paying) users have access to section 16.

ahh the good old days. ohh yeah section 17 is also for "senor" people. hehe
