Win 7 - Recorded Problem Steps (PSR)
Have you seen it by any chance?
Click on Start->Search and type: PSR
It allows you to step through situations - and it Records screen shots along the way - and types out stuff - Like: User left double clicked <Program Name> etc....
Then you click the STOP button - it launchs a Save As box and automaticallly saves and ZIPS the file...
