Unenforced laws are still laws, guy. Legality and illegality have nothing to do with whether the laws are enforced. If something is a law it only takes one person making a ruckus for them to enforce it.
I also cut the tags off my mattress.. sue me and you must know this has gone to court by american sponsored lawyers. The judges say it's not unlike borrowing a library book. They will only enforce it if someone is making money at it. Like if I started to produce music CDs and selling them etc.
I heard the gun registry is going bye bye too, laws can disappear too.
